ESNNA CODE – JEMA EXPERIENCES

AT JEMA EXPERIENCES, WE DO NOT PROMOTE OR PERMIT THE SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF GIRLS, CHILDREN, AND TEENAGERS, NOR ANY OTHER CRIME OF WHICH WE TAKE KNOWLEDGE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR ACTIVITY, ACCORDING TO LAW N° 29408.

Legal Framework

In accordance with legal provisions that penalize actions related to the Sexual Exploitation of Girls, Boys, and Adolescents (ESNNA), Jema Experiences complies with:

✔ Law N° 29408 – General Tourism Law and its regulations, approved by Supreme Decree N° 003-2010-MINCETUR.
✔ Law N° 30963, which strengthens penalties against sexual exploitation in its various forms, with a special focus on protecting minors and women.
✔ Law N° 30802, which establishes conditions for the entry of girls, boys, and adolescents into lodging establishments to ensure their protection and integrity.
